2. Use of Website
Our Website is available to anyone who wishes to browse our products and place orders. There are no age restrictions for using our Website.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates any applicable Zambian law or regulation

If you are an administrative user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Product Information and Pricing
All products displayed on our Website are subject to availability. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
All prices are displayed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify product information, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice.
5. Ordering Process
5.1 Minimum Days in Advance
Orders must be placed a minimum number of days in advance of the desired delivery date. This minimum requirement is set by us and may be adjusted from time to time. The current minimum requirement is displayed during the checkout process.
5.2 Maximum Orders Per Day
We have a maximum number of orders that we can fulfill per day. This limit is set to ensure quality and timely delivery. If the maximum number of orders for a particular date has been reached, that date will not be available for selection during checkout.
5.3 Delivery Date Selection
You must select a delivery date during checkout. Only dates that meet the minimum advance requirement and have not reached the maximum order limit will be available for selection.
5.4 Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation includes your order number, order details, and delivery information. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment Gateway
We use MoneyUnify as our payment gateway to process payments securely. Payments are processed through mobile money services using your phone number.
6.2 Payment Method
Payment is made via mobile money using a 10-digit Zambian phone number. You will receive a payment request on your mobile device that you must approve to complete the transaction.
6.3 Payment Confirmation
Payment confirmation is required before we begin processing your order. We will verify your payment and send you a confirmation email once payment is successful.
6.4 Payment Failures
If payment fails or is not completed within a reasonable time, your order may be cancelled. You may retry placing your order if payment fails.
6.5 Payment Security
All payment information is processed securely through MoneyUnify. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Address
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7.2 Delivery Date
We will deliver your order on the date you selected during checkout, subject to our delivery capacity and operational constraints.
7.3 Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the selected date, but we are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.
